基于8-羟基喹啉、脲及不对称席夫碱类功能配合物的设计合成与性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,金属有机配合物已经成为一个热点研究领域,在能源气体储存、有毒气体吸附分离、发光材料、异相催化等领域具有重要的应用价值。本文简单介绍了配位化合物发展历程,主要介绍了超分子配位化合物和有机金属配合物的发现、合成方法以及在各个领域的应用,引出研究目的和研究内容。本文利用六种不同的有机配体合成了三类结构不同的配位化合物,并通过X-射线单晶衍射、红外光谱、紫外光谱、粉末X-射线衍射、热重分析、荧光光谱对这三类配位化合物结构和性质进行表征。利用两种8-羟基喹啉衍生物作为配体与Cr3+在溶剂热的条件下分别构筑了两种超分子配位化合物,研究了这两种配位化合物的荧光性质。随后利用有机羧酸配体合成了三种具有相似的晶体结构有机金属配合物,其中含有脲基的二维铜基金属有机配合物具有优异催化活性,特别是催化Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应和Knoevenagel缩合反应,其催化Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应的产率可以达到99%,并且可以循环多次使用。最后我们又合成了两种不对称的席夫碱配体,并通过溶剂热的方法合成了二维双金属有机框架Cu-Ni-MOF-2。通过X-单晶衍射、红外光谱、粉末X-射线衍射的表征。对全文工作进行了总结,根据自己对配位化合物的理解提出了一些有关配合物的合成及应用的经验,为今后有关该方面的研究提供了一定的理论基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, organometallic complexes have become a hot research field, which has important application value in energy gas storage, toxic gas adsorption and separation, luminescent materials, heterogeneous catalysis and so on. This paper briefly introduces the development of coordination compounds, mainly introduces the discovery of supramolecular coordination compounds and organometallic complexes, the synthesis methods and their applications in various fields. In this paper, three kinds of coordination compounds with different structures were synthesized by using six different organic ligands. X-ray single crystal diffraction, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis were used. The structure and properties of these three coordination compounds were characterized by fluorescence spectra. Two supramolecular coordination compounds were constructed by using two 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives as ligands and Cr _ 3 in solvothermal conditions. The fluorescence properties of these two coordination compounds were studied. Three organometallic complexes with similar crystal structure were synthesized by using organic carboxylic acid ligands. Among them, 2-D copper based organometallic complexes containing ureas have excellent catalytic activity, especially Friedel-Crafts alkylation and Knoevenagel condensation. The yield of Friedel-Crafts alkylation can reach 99g, and it can be reused for many times. Finally, we synthesized two kinds of asymmetric Schiff base ligands and synthesized two dimensional bimetallic organic frame Cu-Ni-MOF-2 by solvothermal method. X-single crystal diffraction, infrared spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction characterization. Based on our own understanding of coordination compounds, some experiences in the synthesis and application of coordination compounds are proposed, which provide a theoretical basis for future research in this field.
