一种在含水溶剂中从1,1-二溴乙烯合成末端炔的新方法

【摘要】：报道了1种从1,1-二溴乙烯制备端炔的方法,使用便宜易得的四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)、碳酸钾和三苯基膦为试剂,在含水二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中进行反应。该反应条件温和、底物适应范围广、收率高,是传统Corey-Fuchs反应的重要改进。
[Abstract]:A method for the preparation of acetylene terminal from 1-dibromoethylene was reported in this paper. Tetra Ding Ji ammonium bromide (TBAB), potassium carbonate and triphenylphosphine were used as reagents to react in aqueous dimethyl formamide (DMF). It is an important improvement of Corey-Fuchs reaction with mild reaction conditions, wide substrate adaptation and high yield.
