ICP-MS法测定朱砂安神丸中可溶性汞

【摘要】:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定朱砂安神丸中可溶性汞的含有量。方法采用人工胃液保温浸提及超声提取法制备供试品溶液,ICP-MS法测定可溶性汞的含有量。结果可溶性汞在0~20.0 g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.04 g/L,定量限为0.13 g/L,3种质量浓度的平均加样回收率分别为94.7%、110.4%和92.3%,RSD分别为1.3%、1.0%和3.6%。结论该方法可用于朱砂安神丸中可溶性汞含有量的测定,为其质量评价提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of soluble mercury in Zhusa Anshen pills. Methods artificial gastric juice extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used to prepare the sample solution and ICP-MS method was used to determine the content of soluble mercury. Results the linear range of soluble mercury was 0 ~ 20.0 g / L, the detection limit was 0.04 g 路L ~ (-1) and the average recoveries of 0.13 g / L ~ (-1) g 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) of soluble mercury were 94.77% and 92.3%, respectively, and the RSD were 1.3% and 3.6%, respectively. Conclusion the method can be used to determine the content of soluble mercury in Zhusa Anshen pills and provide scientific basis for its quality evaluation.
