水热辅助相转移催化水解十二烷基苄氯的研究

【摘要】:采用超声、微波、水热、相转移催化等多种方法对n-十二烷基苄氯的碱性水解反应进行初步尝试,其中相转移催化与水热条件偶合水解获得了成功。优化的工艺条件为:十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,在130℃下碱性水热反应16 h,此条件下n-十二烷基苄醇的产率达到93.6%。
