独活水煎剂和配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱的相关性

【摘要】：目的建立独活水煎剂和配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其相关性进行研究。方法分析采用华谱Unitary C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长322 nm;蒸发光检测器温度105℃;空气体积流量2.0 L/min;采集时间95 min。结果 10批独活配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱中的11个共有峰均可见于水煎剂,相似度均大于0.98,其中峰11为蛇床子素。结论独活水煎剂和配方颗粒的主要化学成分基本相同,可为后者代替前者应用于临床提供依据。
