食品添加剂部分氢化木松香季戊四醇酯的测定与表征

【摘要】:建立了食品添加剂部分氢化木松香季戊四醇酯定性表征和定量分析方法。采用红外光谱法、环球法对部分氢化木松香季戊四醇酯进行定性分析,采用化学滴定法对其酸值进行定量分析,结果表明食品添加剂部分氢化木松香季戊四醇酯红外光谱与FCC标准谱图一致,软化点及酸值也符合FCC要求。
[Abstract]:A method for qualitative characterization and quantitative analysis of pentaerythritol ester of partially hydrogenated rosin was established. The pentaerythritol ester of some hydrogenated rosin was qualitatively analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and universal method. The acid value of pentaerythritol ester was quantitatively analyzed by chemical titration. The results showed that the infrared spectra of some hydrogenated rosin pentaerythritol esters were consistent with the FCC standard spectrum, and the softening point and acid value also met the requirements of FCC.
