分子光谱波长选择值得注意的几个问题

【摘要】:波长选择已经成为了分子光谱模型优化的一个重要环节。在大多数情况下,我们只关心波长选择后模型预测效果能够提高多少,而波长选择算法在实际应用中存在的一些问题往往会被忽略。本文总结了这些问题和对应的一些解决方案或思路。例如不同光谱预处理方法对变量选择算法的应用效果影响如何,部分常用波长选择算法选择变量的稳定性和可靠性如何提高,以及不同类型分子光谱数据对波长选择算法的应用效果影响如何等。总之,我们希望以上这些问题的提出不仅能够引起广大分子光谱同行的重视,进而促进波长选择算法在分子光谱领域取得更好的应用效果。
[Abstract]:Wavelength selection has become an important part of molecular spectral model optimization. In most cases, we only care how much the model prediction effect can be improved after wavelength selection, but some problems in practical application of wavelength selection algorithm are often ignored. This paper summarizes these problems and some corresponding solutions or ideas. For example, the influence of different spectral preprocessing methods on the application effect of variable selection algorithm, and how to improve the stability and reliability of some commonly used wavelength selection algorithms, And the influence of different kinds of molecular spectral data on the application effect of wavelength selection algorithm and so on. In a word, we hope that these problems can not only arouse the attention of the broad spectrum peers, but also promote the better application of wavelength selection algorithm in the field of molecular spectrum.
