抗霉素A结构改造的研究进展

【摘要】:抗霉素A(Antimycin A)是一类具有大环双内酯结构的天然产物,是典型的线粒体呼吸链细胞色素bc_1复合物Q_i位点抑制剂.鉴于该类化合物的独特结构与超高活性,越来越多的科研工作者对其展开了系统深入的研究.本文主要总结了Antimycin A的发现、生物活性研究,及近年来科研工作者对其进行结构改造所取得的成果.
[Abstract]:Anti-mycin A (Antimycin A) is a kind of natural product with macrocyclic bilactone structure, and it is a typical inhibitor of cytochrome bc_1 complex of mitochondrial respiratory chain. In view of the unique structure and ultrahigh activity of this kind of compounds, more and more researchers have carried out systematic and in-depth research on it. In this paper, the discovery of Antimycin A, the study of biological activity, and the achievements made by researchers in structural modification of Antimycin A in recent years are summarized.
