[Abstract]:Chitosan is the only alkaline polysaccharide in nature, with biocompatibility, biodegradability and other functional activities, increasingly attracted attention and favor, in food, chemical, textile, medicine, environmental protection and other fields have a wide range of applications [1-2]. Chitosan is a kind of polymer. The relative molecular weight of natural chitosan varies from tens of thousands to millions. The relative molecular weight of chitosan modified by chemical method is very wide [3-4]. The reported relative molecular weight range of chitosan is 5.0 脳 102N 1.0 脳 106, and the relative molecular weight and its components are also very wide.
