煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶法制备钼酸铋光催化性能的影响

【摘要】:以钼酸铵、硝酸铋为原料,采用柠檬酸络合溶胶-凝胶法制备钼酸铋,研究了不同煅烧温度对钼酸铋催化性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)以及紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)对制备的钼酸铋样品进行结构、形貌、化学价态、光吸收性能表征。结果表明:400℃煅烧时,样品中有Bi_2O_3杂质相,当温度高于450℃时,制备的样品为纯钼酸铋;且随着煅烧温度升高,样品结晶度增强,晶体粒径逐渐增大。当煅烧温度为450℃时,制备的钼酸铋样品光催化效果最好,光照50 min,当催化剂用量0.05 g时,对RhB溶液的降解率可达75.55%。
[Abstract]:Bismuth molybdate was prepared by citric acid complex sol-gel method with ammonium molybdate and bismuth nitrate as raw materials. The effect of calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of bismuth molybdate was studied. The structure, morphology, chemical valence state and optical absorption properties of bismuth molybdate were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (SEM), (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance (UV-Vis DRS).
