王浆酸的高效液相色谱分析及抑菌活性研究

【摘要】:采用高效液相色谱法对蓖麻油等为原料合成的王浆酸(10-HDA)进行了定量分析,色谱条件为C18型色谱柱,流动相为:无水甲醇/水/0.01 mol/L盐酸=55/35/10(体积比),流速为0.6 m L/min,波长为212 nm,柱温为40℃,进样体积为5μL。建立了一种实验室内快速准确分析王浆酸含量的简便检测方法。同时,对王浆酸的抑菌活性进行了室内研究,其结果与蜂王浆中分离出来的王浆酸效果相当。
