高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定牛肝菌中无机汞、甲基汞、乙基汞的不确定度评估

【摘要】:采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光联用法测定牛肝菌中无机汞、甲基汞、乙基汞,通过建立评估的数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,计算出不确定度的各主要分量,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:影响结果不确定度的主要因素是浓度因素、仪器、样品不均匀性及回收率,其中浓度因素主要受标准曲线拟合的影响。该评估系统可为今后采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光联用法测定食用菌中无机汞、甲基汞、乙基汞的不确定度评估提供参考。
[Abstract]:The determination of inorganic mercury, methylmercury and ethyl mercury in Boletus by high performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was carried out. By establishing a mathematical model for evaluation, the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed and the major components of uncertainty were calculated. The synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained. The results show that the main factors affecting the uncertainty of the results are concentration factor, instrument, sample heterogeneity and recovery rate, among which the concentration factor is mainly affected by standard curve fitting. The evaluation system can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of inorganic mercury, methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in edible fungi by high performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
