磁性颗粒负载磺酸功能化离子液体催化纤维素水解的研究

【摘要】:采用化学修饰法将磺酸功能化离子液体[SO_3H-(CH_2)_3-HIM][HSO_4]负载在磁性纳米颗粒Fe_3O_4表面,制备了一种磁性颗粒负载磺酸催化剂Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-IL,并将Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-IL用于催化纤维素水解反应。采用FT-IR和TEM对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和水用量对纤维素水解还原糖产率的影响。Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-IL样品在FT-IR光谱中的—SO3H吸收峰和咪唑环的峰,说明离子液体被成功地负载到Fe_3O_4@SiO_2表面;TEM分析显示,Fe_3O_4磁核的颗粒大小约为250 nm,经过包裹和离子液体修饰的磁性颗粒表面并无明显变化。当纤维素用量为0.1 g,离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Bmim]Cl)的用量为2.0g,磁性催化剂用量为0.2g,水用量为0.2g,反应温度100℃,反应时间40 min时,纤维素水解还原糖产率可达52.5%,并且磁性催化剂具有较好的磁性分离性能和重复使用性能,重复使用5次后,纤维素水解还原糖产率并无明显降低。
[Abstract]:The sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquid [SO_3H- (CH_2) 3-HIM] [HSO_4] was supported on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles Fe_3O_4 by chemical modification method. A kind of Fe_3O_4 catalyst Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-IL, supported by magnetic particles was prepared and used to catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose by Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-IL. The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR and TEM. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and amount of water on the yield of cellulose hydrolysis reduction sugar. Tem analysis shows that the particle size of the magnetic core is about 250 nm, and the surface of the magnetic particle modified by ionic liquid has no obvious change. When the amount of cellulose was 0.1 g, the amount of ionic liquid 1-Ding Ji -3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim] Cl) was 2.0 g, the amount of magnetic catalyst was 0.2 g, the amount of water was 0.2 g, the reaction temperature was 100 鈩,
