萘酰亚胺铁离子荧光探针的合成及识别性能

【摘要】:以1,8-萘酐、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙烯四胺为原料,通过酰亚胺化、缩合等反应,合成一种萘酰亚胺荧光探针,并通过核磁氢谱、红外光谱结构表征,测定了探针在乙醇与水的混合溶液中的荧光光谱。考察了金属离子浓度等因素的影响,对其配位机理进行了研究。结果显示,目标产物在乙醇-水溶液中对Fe~(3+)表现出了专属选择性识别性能,在(1.87~6.53)×10~(-6)g/m L的Fe~(3+)浓度范围内,探针荧光强度与Fe~(3+)浓度有很好的线性关系,线性相关系数R=0.995 3,检出限为405.1 ng/mL。
[Abstract]:A naphthalimide fluorescence probe was synthesized by imidization, condensation and other reactions from 1: 8 naphthalic anhydride, N- dimethyl ethanolamine and triethyltetramine. The fluorescence probe was characterized by NMR and IR spectra. The fluorescence spectra of the probe in the mixed solution of ethanol and water were measured. The influence of metal ion concentration on coordination mechanism was investigated. The results show that the target product has the exclusive selective recognition performance for Fe~ (3) in ethanol-aqueous solution. The fluorescence intensity of the probe has a good linear relationship with the concentration of Fe~ (3) in the range of (1.87 ~ (-6) 脳 10 ~ (-6) g / mL) Fe~ (3). The linear correlation coefficient (RV) is 0.995 3, and the detection limit is 405.1 ng/mL..
