短链醇对CTAB微乳液体系相行为及合成材料的影响

【摘要】:微乳液是一种微粒粒径大小在乳状液和溶液之间,宏观上均匀透明、各向同性、热力学稳定的分散体系。主要由四种成分组成,分别是:表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油和水。由于其特殊的结构性质,微乳液在很多方面都有应用。本文主要研究微乳液的相行为以及利用该微乳液体系为模板合成形貌可控的纳米材料,具体内容如下:第一章介绍了微乳液的基础知识,主要包括微乳液的性质、形成原理、影响因素和制备方法,其次介绍制备纳米颗粒的相关知识以及本文研究的目的和意义。第二章研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)与正丁醇、异辛烷、水所形成的微乳液在不同温度下的相行为,并就温度对微乳液形成的影响做了讨论。根据温度的讨论结果选定40℃下详细研究体系的相行为,绘制拟三元相图,进一步通过研究电导率划分单相微乳液各区域,分析微乳液内部结构的变化情况,并利用W/O型微乳液为模板合成CaCO3和ZnS纳米颗粒,同时对不同水核比、不同的盐浓度下合成材料的情况作了研究,最后对合成材料利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)手段进行了表征。第三、四章分别改变助表面活性剂为正戊醇和正己醇,形成CTAB/正戊醇(正己醇)/异辛烷/水的微乳液体系,就不同温度下的相行为做了讨论,同时就40℃下单相微乳液相区的划分做了研究,与正丁醇为助剂形成对比,三、四章分别在水核比和盐浓度不变的情况下利用W/O型微乳液为模板合成CaCO3和ZnS纳米颗粒,并对其进行了表征。第五章是对全文的总结以及对未来该课题研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:Microemulsion is a kind of dispersed system with particle size between emulsion and solution, which is homogeneous, transparent, isotropic and thermodynamically stable. It consists of four components: surfactant, cosurfactant, oil and water. Because of its special structural properties, microemulsion has been applied in many aspects. In this paper, the phase behavior of microemulsion and the synthesis of nano-materials with controllable morphology by using the microemulsion system as template are studied. The main contents are as follows: in chapter one, the basic knowledge of microemulsion is introduced, including the properties and formation principle of microemulsion. The influencing factors and preparation methods are introduced. Secondly, the related knowledge of the preparation of nanoparticles and the purpose and significance of this study are introduced. In chapter 2, the phase behavior of the microemulsion formed by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), n-butanol, isooctane and water at different temperatures was studied, and the effect of temperature on the formation of microemulsion was discussed.
