GC-MS分析金钗石斛花挥发油成分

【摘要】:目的:分析金钗石斛花的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS法分析鉴定挥发油的化学成分,用峰面积归一化法计算各化合物的相对含量。结果:从金钗石斛花挥发油中共鉴定出39种成分,占总含量的93.14%。结论:本研究可作为药材质量控制和药用价值开发利用的科学依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the essential oil components of Dendrobium nobile. Methods: the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by GC-MS method. The relative contents of each compound were calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results: 39 components were identified from the essential oil of Dendrobium nobile, accounting for 93.14% of the total content. Conclusion: this study can be used as a scientific basis for quality control and development and utilization of medicinal materials.
