抗菌材料电化学检测方法的研究

【摘要】:本论文主要研究简单、快速、灵敏的电化学检测氯胺T和脱氢乙酸钠的方法,其在环境分析和食品安全检测领域都有着重要意义。实验采用电流-时间法检测氯胺T。即直接检测氯胺T氧化对氨基苯硼酸产生的对苯醌亚胺,以此间接检测氯胺T。对苯醌亚胺仅用裸的玻碳电极在低电位下极易检测。此方法具有高的灵敏性、宽的检测范围和良好的选择性。在50 nM-100μM的浓度范围内有两条线性,检测限是6 nM。对比其他电化学分析方法,本实验方法的检测限低三个数量级。脱氢乙酸钠是常见的食品添加剂和防腐剂,可作为有效的联吡啶钌电化学发光共反应剂。脱氢乙酸钠在1.0μM-1.0 mM的浓度范围内有两条线性,检测限是0.27μM。此方法也可用于烘焙面包中脱氢乙酸钠含量的检测,且具有满意的回收率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a simple, rapid and sensitive electrochemical method for the detection of chloramine T and sodium dehydroacetate is studied, which is of great significance in the field of environmental analysis and food safety detection. The method of current-time method was used to detect chloramines. That is, the direct detection of chloramine T oxidation of p-aminoborate boric acid p-benzoquinone imine, so as to indirectly detect chloramine T. P-benzoquinone imine is easily detected with bare glassy carbon electrode at low potential. This method has high sensitivity, wide detection range and good selectivity. In the concentration range of 50 nM-100 渭 M, there are two linear lines, and the detection limit is 6 nM.. Compared with other electrochemical analysis methods, the detection limit of this method is three orders of magnitude lower. Sodium dehydroacetate is a common food additive and preservative, which can be used as an effective bipyridine ruthenium electroluminescent co-agent. In the concentration range of 1.0 渭 M-1.0 mM, sodium dehydroacetate has two linear lines, and the detection limit is 0.27 渭 M. The method can also be applied to the determination of sodium dehydroacetate in baked bread with satisfactory recovery.
