酸枣仁黄酮HPLC指纹图谱建立及2种成分测定

【摘要】:目的建立酸枣仁Ziziphi spinosae Semen黄酮HPLC指纹图谱,并测定其中2种成分的含有量。方法以斯皮诺素为参照峰,建立10批样品的HPLC指纹图谱。酸枣仁黄酮甲醇提取物的分析采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%醋酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长280 nm。结果 HPLC指纹图谱中有10个共有峰,并鉴定出其中8个(维采宁-Ⅱ、牡荆素葡萄糖苷、异斯皮诺素、斯皮诺素、6'''-pyridyloylspinosin、6'''-对羟基苯甲酰斯皮诺素、6'''-阿魏酰斯皮诺素、6'''-对香豆酰斯皮诺素)。斯皮诺素和6'''-阿魏酰斯皮诺素分别在15.00~40.00μg和5.00~14.00μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为100.5%(1.6%)和100.4%(1.6%)。结论该方法准确、简单、可靠,可用于酸枣仁黄酮的质量控制。
