氧化物助熔供氧-以氮气作载气-燃烧-碘量法测定硫量

【摘要】:正早年颁布的硫石中硫量测定的ISO国际标准采用燃烧-碘量法[1],此方法有一突出不同之处,它是利用矿石样品本身混合氧化物中的氧和加入的助熔剂WO3中的氧作为氧化剂,使样品中硫氧化生成SO_2,并用氮气作为载气,将SO_2导入吸收杯中,继而进行碘量法滴定。在此条件下,反应中氧的供应量是受控制的,并无大量过量,如样品含铁量较高
[Abstract]:The ISO international standard for the determination of sulfur content in sulfur stone promulgated in the early years is combustion-iodine method [1]. There is a striking difference in this method. It uses the oxygen in the mixed oxide of the ore sample itself and the oxygen in the fluxing agent WO3 as the oxidant to oxidize the sulfur in the sample to form SO_2, and nitrogen as the carrier gas to introduce the SO_2 into the absorption cup. Then titration was carried out by iodimetry. Under these conditions, the supply of oxygen in the reaction is controlled and there is no excessive amount of oxygen, such as high iron content in the sample
