碳酸银介导的芳胺氧化脱氢偶联制备芳香偶氮化合物

【摘要】：芳香偶氮化合物广泛应用于有机染料、生物医药、食品添加剂、自由基诱发剂等领域.本工作以芳胺类化合物为原料,在叔丁醇钾的辅助作用下,通过碳酸银催化氧化作用,在氯苯溶剂中脱氢氧化偶联,高效合成一系列芳香偶氮类化合物,收率最高达92%.该方法操作简单,反应条件温和,为芳香偶氮类化合物的合成提供了一种高效且实用的路径.
[Abstract]:Aromatic azo compounds are widely used in organic dyes, biomedicine, food additives, free radical inducers and so on. A series of aromatic azo compounds were synthesized by catalytic oxidation of silver carbonate in chlorobenzene solvent with aromatic amines as raw materials and with the assistance of potassium tert-butanol. The yield was up to 92%. The method is simple in operation and mild in reaction conditions, which provides an efficient and practical route for the synthesis of aromatic azo compounds.
