对二甲氨基苯甲醛在不同的溶剂中溶解度测定与关联

【摘要】:通过静态平衡法测定了常压下283.15~308.15 K对二甲氨基苯甲醛在甲苯、乙酸乙酯、环己烷、丙酮、正丁醇、甲醇、苯己酮、环己酮和乙酰丙酮中的固液平衡数据。实验数据表明:对二甲氨基苯甲醛在这九种溶剂中的溶解度随温度升高而增加,但溶解度变化速率随温度的改变是不同的,在丙酮中的溶解度变化速率最大。采用Apelblat方程、Van’t Hoff方程、经验方程对溶解度数据进行关联,所得的平均相对偏差分别为17%、23%、40%,结果表明,三种模型都可用于关联对二甲氨基苯甲醛的溶解度与温度的关系,且Apelblat方程要优于Van’t Hoff方程、经验方程。所得数据为对二甲氨基苯甲醛的生产、萃取、提纯的溶剂选择提供了基础数据。
[Abstract]:The solid-liquid equilibrium data of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in toluene, ethyl acetate, cyclohexane, acetone, n-butanol, methanol, phenylhexanone, cyclohexanone and acetylacetone were determined by static equilibrium method. The experimental data show that the solubility of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in these nine solvents increases with the increase of temperature, but the change rate of solubility is different with the change of temperature, and the change rate of solubility in acetone is the largest. By using Apelblat equation, Van't Hoff equation and empirical equation to correlate solubility data, the average relative deviations are 17, 23 and 40, respectively. The results show that, The three models can be used to correlate the solubility of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde with temperature, and the Apelblat equation is superior to Van't Hoff equation and empirical equation. The obtained data provide basic data for solvent selection for the production, extraction and purification of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde.
