UPLC结合化学计量法对不同产地黄芪的快速鉴别
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a UPLC-DAD method for the determination of four flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus, and to identify the origin of Astragalus membranaceus by chemometrics. Methods four flavonoids in 20 batches of Astragalus membranaceus in five provinces were determined by UPLC. The four flavonoids were analyzed by cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The quality of Astragalus membranaceus from different areas was analyzed by discriminant analysis. Results the contents of four flavonoids, such as isoflavone glycoside, anthocyanin, isoflavone and anthocyanin, were taken as the standard. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis were consistent, and different Astragalus membranaceus could be divided into 3 groups. In the form of Fisher discriminant function, the samples from Inner Mongolia, Sichuan and Jilin were distinguished more accurately by discriminant analysis. The samples from Gansu and Shaanxi were misjudged, and the correct rate of initial grouping was 85%. Conclusion UPLC combined with chemometrics can quickly and accurately identify the origin of Astragalus membranaceus, and the results can provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Astragalus membranaceus from different areas.
