拐枣中齐墩果酸含量的测定

【摘要】:建立拐枣中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,对显色剂用量,稳定剂用量,水浴显色时间,稳定时间等因素分析最佳测定方法。结果表明:齐敦果酸提取的最佳试剂为75%的乙醇,以0.4 mL 50 g/L香草醛-冰醋酸为显色剂,0.8 mL高氯酸为稳定剂,70℃水浴反应25 min,在540 nm下测定吸光度得到齐墩果酸含量为4.72%,此方法为最佳测定方法。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Jujube was established. UV spectrophotometry was used to analyze the optimum determination method for the factors such as the amount of chromogenic agent, the amount of stabilizer, the time of color development in water bath and the time of stabilization.
