柱前衍生GC-MS-SIM法分析烟草中西柏三烯醇

【摘要】:【目的】研究烟叶中西柏三烯醇的分析测定方法,为研究烟叶中西柏三烯醇与烟叶品质的关系提供参考。【方法】建立一种双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)衍生化GC-MS-SIM测定烟草中2种西柏三烯二醇的方法,通过对提取试剂,试剂体积,提取方式和提取时间四个因素进行探讨。【结果】烟叶样品中西柏三烯二醇的最佳提取溶剂为二氯甲烷,采用超声方式,超声时间为10 min;衍生化最佳条件为20℃下加入体积比为3∶2的吡啶:三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)溶液,反应时间100 min。采用该方法,对不同产地烟叶进行样品中的西柏三烯醇类物质定量检测,结果表明不同产区烟叶中西柏三烯醇含量差异较大。【结论】该方法重复性、精密度良好,且操作简单,耗时少,可有效对不同产地的烟叶样品中的西柏三烯醇类物质进行定量检测。

This study provides a reference for the study of the relationship between the quality of tobacco leaves and the diethylsilylenol. [methods] A method for the determination of two kinds of sibertrienediol in tobacco by (BSTFA) derivatization GC-MS-SIM was established. Four factors, extraction reagent, reagent volume, extraction method and extraction time, were discussed. [results] the best solvent for extraction of sibtrienediol in tobacco leaves was dichloromethane, ultrasonic method was used and ultrasonic time was 10 min;.
