膜去溶-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定环境地质样品中的镉
[Abstract]:When Cd in environmental geological samples is analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the oxides and hydroxides of Zr,Mo elements will seriously interfere with Cd, resulting in obvious deviation of the results. In order to solve this problem, a method for the direct determination of trace Cd in environmental geological samples by membrane dissolving-ICP-MS has been established. The method can effectively eliminate the interference of Zr,Mo oxides and hydroxides on Cd, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results. Compared with the conventional ICP-MS method, the interference of Zr,Mo oxide and hydroxide to Cd can be reduced to 0.001 by ICP-MS, and the detection sensitivity is increased about 3.5fold. Under given conditions, the detection limit of Cd is 0. 28 ng/L, the detection limit is 2. 2 ng/L, precision (RSD,n=12) and the limit of detection is 2. 2 ng/L,. This method is used to analyze 20 kinds of rocks, and the determination values of the national standard materials in soil and sediment are in agreement with the standard values, which indicates that the direct determination of trace or ultra-trace Cd in environmental geological samples by membrane dissolvation-ICP-MS method has certain application potential. At the same time, the Cd in the samples of the two laboratory comparisons organized by the Central Nuclear Group in 2016 were determined by this method. The absolute values of robust Z ratio of 0.500 and -0.964g / Z were less than 2.
