汽油掺混二甲醚燃烧特性研究

【摘要】:随着生产力的发展,人们生活质量不断提高,汽车保有量急剧增加,这对目前已经很严重的环境污染以及能源危机等社会问题造成了更大的压力。为缓解这些问题,人们分别从探索发动机新技术降低能源消耗与排放,以及寻求新能源两种方法上做出了不懈努力。本文从新能源即代用燃料的角度,选取了二甲醚与汽油掺混作为传统点燃式发动机的代用燃料,在定容燃烧弹中展开了燃烧实验研究。研究首先针对二甲醚的物化特性,对汽油掺混二甲醚作代用燃料的特点进行了讨论,然后进行了实验研究,最后利用AVL Fire软件在相关的边界条件下进行了模拟。依据汽油机实际工作中的条件、实验设备以及二甲醚和汽油的理化特性分别选取了150℃、180℃及210℃三组温度边界,0.8MPa、1.0MPa及1.2MPa三组压力边界,0.8、1.0、1.2及1.4四组过量空气系数以及质量分数分别为0%、5%、10%、15%和20%等,进行组合并展开实验。实验结果表明:当汽油中掺入二甲醚后,燃烧滞燃期明显缩短,燃烧速度加快,燃烧最高压力略有下降;初始温度与初始压力对燃烧速度的影响比较类似,燃烧速度均随着初始温度或初始压力的升高而加快,不同点在于,初始温度升高时,燃烧最高压力有所降低,而初始压力升高后燃烧达到的最高压力也增大;当过量空气系数不同时,均会对燃烧速度产生影响,但在理论空燃比下燃烧持续时间最短,过浓过稀的混合气均会使得反应变慢。最后利用AVL Fire软件在拓展的边界条件下对燃烧弹内混合燃料的燃烧进行了仿真模拟计算。并对各边界条件下仿真得到的燃烧持续时间与燃烧最高压力进行了对比分析,仿真研究得到的不同边界条件对汽油掺混二甲醚燃烧持续时间与最高燃烧压力的影响与实验分析的规律基本一致。
[Abstract]:With the development of productivity, people's quality of life has been improved and the number of cars has increased rapidly, which has brought more pressure to the social problems such as environmental pollution and energy crisis. In order to alleviate these problems, people have made unremitting efforts in exploring new engine technologies to reduce energy consumption and emissions, and in seeking new energy sources. In this paper, the mixture of dimethyl ether and gasoline is selected as the alternative fuel of the traditional ignition engine from the perspective of new energy, that is, alternative fuel, and the combustion experiment is carried out in the constant volume combustion bomb. Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of dimethyl ether, the characteristics of gasoline mixed with dimethyl ether as alternative fuel were discussed, and then the experimental study was carried out. Finally, the simulation was carried out under the relevant boundary conditions by using AVL Fire software.
