凝胶色谱法测定超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的相对分子质量及其分布

【摘要】:采用配有专用IR5-MCT检测器和GPC快速柱的新型凝胶色谱仪GPC-IR测定超高相对分子质量的聚乙烯试样的相对分子质量及其分布,对三个超高相对分子质量的聚乙烯试样进行分析表征。实验结果表明,该新型凝胶色谱仪可进行极稀试样溶液的定量测定,测试结果准确度高、重复性良好,操作简便,完全满足定量分析要求,克服了传统高温GPC无法分析超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的难题。
[Abstract]:A new gel chromatograph with special IR5-MCT detector and GPC fast column was used to determine the relative molecular weight and distribution of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene samples. Three ultra high molecular weight polyethylene samples were analyzed and characterized. The experimental results show that the new gel chromatograph can be used for quantitative determination of extremely dilute sample solution. The test results are accurate, reproducible, easy to operate and fully meet the requirements of quantitative analysis. It overcomes the problem that traditional high temperature GPC can not analyze UHMWPE.
