何首乌配方颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱及化学成分归属

【摘要】:目的:建立何首乌配方颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱,并对其主要的共有峰进行成分归属,为配方颗粒的快速质量评价提供方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18) RRHD(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速0.4 m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃,同时采用飞行时间质谱法对指纹图谱中的主要化学成分进行归属。结果:建立了何首乌配方颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱,确定了12个共有峰,并对其中5个共有峰进行了指认,各何首乌配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均0.9。结论:该方法简单、准确、快速、重复性好,能有效地对何首乌配方颗粒的质量进行快速评价。
