拉曼光谱技术在医学诊断中的研究进展

【摘要】:拉曼光谱技术是一种通过光与物质的相互作用产生的非弹性散射光来进行检测的光学技术,可以提供细胞、组织或生物流体的化学指纹信息。随着相关技术及光学仪器的发展,拉曼光谱在医学领域中的研究进展日新月异。作者概述了目前用于医学诊断的几种拉曼光谱技术,并以组织及生物流体为检测对象分类,介绍拉曼光谱目前在医学诊断中的应用及研究进展,探讨其成为临床常规检查方法的价值及前景。
[Abstract]:Raman spectroscopy is an optical technique which can be detected by inelastic scattering light produced by the interaction of light and substance. It can provide chemical fingerprint information of cells, tissues or biological fluids. With the development of related technology and optical instruments, the research of Raman spectroscopy in the field of medicine is changing with each passing day. In this paper, several kinds of Raman spectroscopy techniques used in medical diagnosis are summarized, and the tissue and biological fluid are classified. The application and research progress of Raman spectroscopy in medical diagnosis are introduced, and the application and development of Raman spectroscopy in medical diagnosis are introduced in this paper. To discuss the value and prospect of clinical routine examination.
