SIS微观结构调节及其部分加氢聚合物SEPS的合成研究

【摘要】:论文研究了几种新型结构调节剂N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺(DMTHFA)、四氢糠醇乙基醚(ETE)、四氢糠醇乙基醚/四氢呋喃(ETE/THF)、四氢糠醇乙基醚/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(ETE/SDBS)对SIS聚异戊二烯段阴离子聚合的微观结构的影响。在此基础上,采用环烷酸镍-三异丁基铝复合催化剂对SIS进行选择性加氢,制备了中、高异丙基含量的SEPS,并对其性能进行了研究。研究表明:DMTHFA、ETE为高效的结构调节剂。DMTHFA作为调节剂,聚合温度为50℃反应时,R值(调节剂与引发剂摩尔比)在0.08~1.27范围内,聚异戊二烯3,4-结构可以控制在7.4%~64.1%。ETE作为调节剂,聚合温度为50℃反应时,R值在0.21~1.46范围内,聚异戊二烯3,4-结构可以控制在11%~54%。采用ETE/THF复合调节剂,在相同的R值时,其调节能力优于单独使用ETE的情况。采用ETE/SDBS复合调节剂,较单独使用ETE的情况,调节能力有所提高,在ETE含量比较低的情况下复合效果明显,聚异戊二烯3,4-结构几乎等于单独使用二者的加和。DMTHFA、ETE、ETE/THF、ETE/SDBS对3,4-结构的调节能力随温度的升高而下降,DMTHFA、ETE/THF、ETE/SDBS的调节能力受升温的影响小。SIS加氢小试研究表明:加氢度随n(Al):n(Ni)的增加先升高后降低,当n(Al):n(Ni)=3.8时,SEPS的加氢度最高。增大催化剂的加入量,相同条件下SIS加氢度升高。聚合过程中加入的结构调节剂对加氢有负面影响;随着调节剂加入量的增加,加氢度降低,且几种调节剂的影响顺序为:DMTHFAETETHF。SIS环己烷溶液的不饱和双键浓度对加氢度的影响先升高后下降,在1OOOmmol/L时加氢度最高。比较低温长时间陈化和高温短时间陈化,发现后者加氢催化活性更高。陈化时环烷酸镍浓度控制在镍元素质量分数为0.01%时催化活性较高。对SEPS以及SIS进行表征,通过FI-IR和1H-NMR分析发现SIS聚异戊二烯段加氢活性为1,2-结构3,4-结构1,4结构。对聚合物的性能测试发现:随着3,4-结构与苯乙烯含量增加,SEPS及SIS的拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率降低,邵氏硬度变大。加氢度增加,SEPS的拉伸强度将降低,断裂伸长率增加,邵氏硬度变小。SEPS的熔融指数随着3,4-结构含量增加而增大;随着加氢度的增加而减小。此外相对分子量的增大以及苯乙烯含量增加也会导致熔融指数变小。
