衰减全反射红外光谱法测定溶聚丁苯橡胶的微观结构

【摘要】:以溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)为标准试样,通过涂膜红外光谱(IR)法确定了4种牌号(2557 S、2564、3840、553)SSBR微观结构含量的标称值,采用衰减全反射(ATR)-IR法测定了SSBR的微观结构含量,并与核磁共振(NMR)法测试结果进行了对比。结果表明,4种牌号SSBR标准试样的反式-1,4-结构、乙烯基结构、顺式-1,4-结构和苯乙烯结构的标称值(质量分数)分别为17.2%、15.8%、25.2%、19.5%,42.0%、37.6%、12.6%、42.6%,23.4%、20.4%、23.6%、23.1%,17.4%、26.1%、38.6%、14.8%。当平整光滑的试样厚度不大于2 mm时测试结果有较好的重复性,ATR-IR法测试结果与NMR法无显著性差异,准确性得到验证。
[Abstract]:Using (SSBR) as standard sample, the nominal values of SSBR microstructure content of four grades (2557 S, 2564, 3840553) were determined by (IR) method. The microstructure of SSBR was determined by attenuated total reflection (ATR)-IR and compared with that of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results showed that the nominal values (mass fraction) of trans-1, 4-structure, vinyl structure, cis-1, 4-structure and styrene structure of four SSBR standard samples were 17.2%, 15.8%, 25.2%, 19.5%, respectively, and the content of trans-1,4 -, vinyl, cis-1,4-and styrene were 17.2%, 15.8%, 25.2%, 19.5%, respectively. 42.0%, 37.6%, 12.6%, 42.6%, 23.4%, 20.4%, 23.6%, 23.1%, 17.4%, 26.1%, 38.6%, 14.8%. When the thickness of the smooth sample is less than 2 mm, the test results have good repeatability. There is no significant difference between the ATR-IR method and the NMR method, and the accuracy is verified.
