两种西双版纳产药用植物化学成分研究

【摘要】:本论文由三章组成:第一章对1996年以来,蒲桃属植物中抗糖尿病活性化学成分的研究进行了综述;第二章论述了滇南蒲桃(Syzygium austroyumnanese)叶子部分的化学成分研究;第三章论述了帝锦(Euphorbia lactea)地上部分70%丙酮提取物石油醚部位的化学成分研究。第一章,对1996年以来,蒲桃属植物中抗糖尿病活性化学成分的研究进行了综述,主要列举了蒲桃属植物中具有抗糖尿病活性化学成分的结构、名称、植物来源和活性机制。第二章,对滇南蒲桃(Syzygium austroyumnanese)的叶子部分进行了化学成分研究。滇南蒲桃为桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)蒲桃属(Syzygium)草本植物,在我国主要分布于云南西双版纳及广西的横县等地。综合运用正反相硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、MCI和RP-18中压液相色谱和高效液相色谱等分离手段从其甲醇提取物的石油醚部位共分离得到23个化合物,其中14个为新化合物。化合物类型包括间苯三酚衍生物、三萜、倍半萜等,所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。第三章,对帝锦(Euphorbia lactea)的地上部分进行了化学成分研究。帝锦为大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)大戟属(Euphorbia)植物,主要生长于热带地区,具有治疗癌症、肿块、肉赘的功效,在中国民间用于治疗皮肤病。利用各种分离技术及现代波谱学方法对帝锦地上部分70%丙酮提取物的石油醚萃取部分进行分离纯化,最终得到7个化合物,化合物类型包括二萜、三萜、甾醇等,化合物24-29为首次从该植物中分离得到。
[Abstract]:This paper consists of three chapters: the first chapter reviews the studies on the active chemical constituents of anti-diabetes in the genus Prunus since 1996, and the second chapter discusses the chemical constituents of the leaves of (Syzygium austroyumnanese) in Pudong peach in the south of Yunnan, and the chemical constituents of the leaves of Peach in the south of Yunnan Province are discussed in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the chemical constituents of 70% acetone extract from the aerial part of Dijin (Euphorbia lactea) were discussed. In the first chapter, the studies on the active chemical constituents of anti-diabetes in Prunus since 1996 were reviewed, and the structure, name, plant origin and active mechanism of the chemical constituents with anti-diabetic activity in Prunus were listed. In the second chapter, the chemical constituents of (Syzygium austroyumnanese) from Pudong peach in southern Yunnan were studied. Pudao in southern Yunnan is a (Syzygium) herbaceous plant of the genus (Myrtaceae), which is mainly distributed in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province and Hengxian County, Guangxi, in China. A total of 23 compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether parts of methanol extract by positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, dextran gel column chromatography, MCI and RP-18 medium pressure liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Fourteen of them are new compounds. The types of compounds include resorcinol derivatives, triterpenes, sesquiterpenes and so on. All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. In the third chapter, the chemical constituents of the aboveground part of (Euphorbia lactea) were studied. Dijin is a (Euphorbia) plant of the genus Euphorbia of Euphorbia, which mainly grows in the tropics and has the effect of treating cancer, masses and flesh vegetation. It is used in the treatment of skin diseases in China. The petroleum ether extract of 70% acetone extract from the aerial part of Dijin was separated and purified by various separation techniques and modern spectroscopic methods. Finally, seven compounds were obtained, including diterpenes, triterpenes, sterols and so on. Compound 24A 29 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
