重铬酸钾分光光度法与福林酚比色法测定茶多酚的比较

【摘要】:运用福林酚比色法(GB/T8313-2008)和重铬酸钾分光光度法分别对四种茶叶中茶多酚总量进行了测定。并探讨了提取试剂、提取方式及检测方式对茶多酚测定结果的影响。结果表明:提取试剂、提取方式、检测方式的不同,茶多酚含量的测定结果不同。本实验中设置相同的提取条件,福林酚比色法和重铬酸钾分光光度法方法测定的茶多酚含量不同。福林酚比色法测定结果为:信阳毛尖281.64 mg·g~(-1)、铁观音209.85mg·g~(-1)、大红袍176.38 mg·g~(-1)、普洱饼茶108.40mg·g~(-1);重铬酸钾分光光度法测定结果为:信阳毛尖266.29 mg·g~(-1)、铁观音192.96mg·g~(-1)、大红袍166.49 mg·g~(-1)、普洱饼茶100.60mg·g~(-1);前者比后者检测值高出5.76%~8.85%。
[Abstract]:The total amount of tea polyphenols in four kinds of tea was determined by GB/T8313-2008 and potassium dichromate spectrophotometry, respectively. The effects of extraction reagent, extraction method and detection method on the determination of tea polyphenols were also discussed. The results showed that the determination results of tea polyphenols were different with different extraction reagents, extraction methods and detection methods. In this experiment, the content of tea polyphenols determined by fosinophenol colorimetric method and potassium dichromate spectrophotometry was different under the same extraction conditions. The results were as follows: Xinyang Maojian Tea 281.64 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Tieguanyin 209.85mg 路g ~ (- 1), Dahongpao 176.38 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Pu'er cake tea 108.40mg 路g ~ (- 1). The results of potassium dichromate spectrophotometry were as follows: Xinyang Maojian Tea 266.29 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Tieguanyin 192.96mg 路g ~ (- 1), Dahongpao 166.49 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Pu'er cake tea 100.60mg 路g ~ (- 1). The detection value of the former is 5.76% higher than that of the latter.
