研究型综合化学教学实验的探索

【摘要】:结合近年来材料、化学、物理学科的研究热点,探索了一个由科研课题"绿色化学还原法制备石墨烯"设计转化成的研究型综合化学实验。此实验现象稳定、重复性好,达到教学实验要求。通过本实验项目学生可掌握紫外可见吸收光谱仪、荧光光谱仪结构、原理及操作技能,了解纳米材料的绿色制备方法及表征技术,强化学生的基础知识和实验技能,全面提高学生综合能力,取得较好的实验教学效果。而且,本实验还包含大量需要学生进行自主探索的研究性实验内容和过程,将当前的研究热点引入到实验教学中,使化学实验教学质量有明显提高,对培养学生的创新能力、科学素养和研究能力有明显效果。
[Abstract]:Combined with the research hotspots of materials, chemistry and physics in recent years, a research comprehensive chemical experiment was explored, which was designed and transformed into graphene by green chemical reduction method. The experimental phenomenon is stable and repeatable, which meets the requirements of teaching experiment. Through this experimental project, the students can master the structure, principle and operation skills of UV-vis absorption spectrometer, fluorescence spectrometer, understand the green preparation method and characterization technology of nanomaterials, and strengthen the students' basic knowledge and experimental skills. Improve students' comprehensive ability in an all-round way and obtain better experimental teaching effect. Moreover, this experiment also contains a large number of research experiment contents and processes that need students to explore independently. The current research hotspots are introduced into the experimental teaching, so that the quality of chemistry experiment teaching can be obviously improved, and the innovative ability of students can be cultivated. Scientific literacy and research ability have obvious effects.
