不同分子量壳聚糖的制备及其应用研究进展

【摘要】:本文综述了近几年制备不同分子量壳聚糖的方法,论述了壳聚糖在生物医药、食品和农业方面的应用,分析了开发和应用壳聚糖所需要研究和解决的问题以及壳聚糖在各方面的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of preparing chitosan with different molecular weight in recent years are reviewed, and the application of chitosan in biomedicine, food and agriculture is discussed. The problems needed to be studied and solved in the development and application of chitosan and the application prospect of chitosan in various fields were analyzed.
