木棉基复合材料的制备及吸油性能研究

【摘要】:以木棉纤维为基材、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为接枝剂,通过接枝反应制备了木棉基复合材料。考察了接枝剂反应浓度、反应温度和反应时间等因素对复合材料吸油性能的影响,实验结果表明,影响吸油量的主要因素是接枝剂浓度,其次是反应温度;木棉纤维的最佳接枝工艺为:接枝剂浓度2 mol/L,温度95℃,时间60 min。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱对所制备木棉基复合材料的表面形貌及结构进行了表征,结果表明,接枝后的木棉纤维表面变得较为粗糙,接枝上了一定量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,并且对柴油的吸附性能得到了很大提高。
