切向和法向摩擦振动向量合成方法

【摘要】:为了实现切向和法向摩振动的融合,提出应用向量理论对切向和法向摩擦振动进行合成的方法,通过摩擦副磨合磨损试验分析合成摩擦振动的变化规律。结果表明:合成摩擦振动在摩擦副磨合过程中经历了由大到小并趋于平稳的变化过程;摩擦副磨合开始时,合成摩擦振动的幅值较大,随着磨合过程的进行,合成摩擦振动的幅值逐渐减小;摩擦副达到磨合后,合成摩擦振动的幅值处于平稳波动;提出的向量合成方法可实现切向和法向摩擦振动的融合,合成的摩擦振动能够反映摩擦副磨合磨损状态的变化。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the integration of tangential and normal friction vibration, proposes the application of vector theory of tangential and normal friction vibration synthesis method, through the analysis of friction friction vibration test running in wear patterns. The results show that the synthetic friction friction vibration in the running process experienced from large to small and tend to the change process is stable; the friction pairs start running, synthesis of friction vibration amplitude is larger, with the running in process, the amplitude of vibration friction decreases; the friction reached after the run in a stable amplitude synthetic friction vibration fluctuation; vector synthesis method proposed can achieve the fusion of tangential and normal friction vibration. The synthesis of friction vibration can reflect the friction wear state changes.
