装载机动力优化匹配的研究

【摘要】:如何提高装载机的动力性及经济性是装载机及柴油机厂家都非常关心的问题。对装载机动力匹配进行研究、计算及优化,具有重要的工程实用价值。目前,装载机的匹配工作主要包括:计算液力机械传动系统的性能,提出优化方案;进行装载机实际工作循环试验,处理并分析试验结果。本文从工程实用性角度出发,对装载机动力匹配的计算理论及路谱试验数据的处理方法两方面进行研究,开发了一款具有针对性的装载机动力匹配软件,并通过试验验证了其可靠性,主要研究内容包括: (1)通过阅读大量前人对汽车及工程机械液力机械传动系统性能的研究成果,结合国内ZL50装载机自身的技术特点,总结了装载机动力匹配计算的理论依据、计算流程及评价方法。此外,从工程实用性的角度出发,提出了针对装载机的路谱试验数据处理方法及计算流程。 (2)采用Matlab语言开发一款具有针对性的装载机动力匹配软件,用于装载机传动系统的匹配计算及试验数据的处理。与国内一些科研院校自行开发的液力机械传动系统计算软件相比有以下特点:首先,该软件在功能上得到了扩展,除了能进行更详尽的动力匹配计算,还能按照工程上的规范处理路谱试验数据,并计算工作循环中其它难以测量的参数,从而使该软件具有更高的工程实用价值;其次,该软件在算法上得到了改进,用户可选择不同的拟合(插值)算法以适应不同的输入数据,方程的求解采用了更为精确及快速的向量化算法。 (3)使用自行开发的软件对某ZL50装载机的两种型号进行动力匹配预测。在计算时,结合装载机实际的工作情况,选取四种方案计算柴油机与液力变矩器的共同工作性能,分五种情况计算装载机的牵引性能,分四种情况计算装载机的加速性能。在计算装载机长距离运输工况的牵引性能时,通过牵引试验的最高车速及最大牵引力试验数据验证了软件对牵引性能计算的准确性。最后,通过对计算结果的评价及对比,针对这两款装载机提出了优化方案。 (4)对装载机在实际工作循环的路谱试验数据进行了具有工程实用价值的数据分析和处理,用于验证所编制软件的可靠性。通过分析柴油机运行情况,绘制了柴油机运行区域分布云图,验证了动力匹配计算结果的合理性;对大量试验数据进行统计平均,获得了该两款柴油机的扭矩及油耗修正曲线,可用于今后的匹配工作;对多个循环下的装载机工作循环的工作时间及瞬时油耗积分进行统计平均,获得了每个循环的平均时长及平均油耗量,用于比较这两款装载机的动力性和经济性;并且计算了装载机循环过程中其它难以测量的传动系参数,进一步评价了传动系统的匹配性能。 本文进行了装载机动力匹配研究,开发了相应的匹配软件,可提高今后装载机动力匹配的效率和可靠性。
[Abstract]:How to improve the power and economy of the loader is a very important problem for both the loader and the diesel engine . The research , calculation and optimization of the loader ' s dynamic matching are of great practical value . At present , the matching work of the loader mainly includes the following steps : calculating the performance of the hydraulic mechanical transmission system , putting forward the optimization scheme , carrying out the actual working cycle test of the loader , processing and analyzing the test results . ( 1 ) Based on the research results of the performance of the hydraulic mechanical transmission system of automobile and engineering machinery , combining with the technical characteristics of ZL50 loader in China , the paper summarizes the theoretical basis , calculation process and evaluation method of power matching calculation of loader . ( 2 ) Using Matlab language to develop a targeted loader power matching software , which is used for the matching calculation of loader transmission system and the processing of test data . Compared with the calculation software of hydraulic mechanical transmission system developed by some domestic research institutes , the software has the following characteristics : firstly , the software is expanded in function , besides , it can deal with the data of road spectrum test according to the specifications in engineering , and calculate other parameters which are difficult to measure in the working cycle , so that the software has higher engineering practical value ; secondly , the software is improved in the algorithm , and the user can select different fitting ( interpolation ) algorithms to adapt to different input data , and the solution of the equation adopts more accurate and fast vectorization algorithm . ( 3 ) Using self - developed software to predict the power match of two models of ZL50 loader . In the calculation , four schemes are selected to calculate the common working performance of the diesel engine and the torque converter . ( 4 ) The data analysis and processing of the actual working cycle of the loader are carried out to verify the reliability of the software . By analyzing the operation of the diesel engine , the distribution chart of the operation region of the diesel engine is drawn . The torque and fuel consumption correction curves of the two diesel engines are calculated and the average duration of each cycle and the average fuel consumption are obtained . The parameters of the transmission system which are difficult to measure during the loading cycle are calculated , and the matching performance of the transmission system is further evaluated . In this paper , the dynamic matching study of loader is carried out , the corresponding matching software is developed , which can improve the efficiency and reliability of the power matching of loader in the future .
