变螺距螺母防松性能分析及优化设计

【摘要】:任何一部机械结构都是由许多零部件以一定的方式联接而成的,螺纹联接便是最常用的一种联接方式。在以高速、精密、重载为重要发展标志之一的现代机械中,螺纹联接件的松动、松脱将造成设备工作可靠性降低。螺纹联接一旦失效,将造成严重的后果。传统的螺纹联接方法其中有些固然可靠,但结构有时很复杂,或者是重复使用性不好,防松性能不可靠,经不起高速运转、强烈振动的冲击。为了有效地解决螺纹联接的松动、松脱和断裂问题,国外的科学家提出了一种新型的螺母——变螺距螺母。 根据螺纹出现松动的原因,得知螺母的防松性能主要取决于螺纹牙的受力与变形。通过改变螺母的螺距,能够改善螺纹牙的受力分布与变形,可以提高螺母的防松性能。本文在分析普通螺纹联接中螺栓、螺母、螺纹牙受力与弹性变形的基础上,从理论上分析了变螺距螺母的防松原理。与传统的普通螺纹结构相比,变螺距螺纹结构能够改善螺纹间载荷分布不均的现象,减小螺纹牙间的变形量,从而提高防松性能。基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,论文对变螺距螺母的防松性能进一步研究。分别分析变螺距螺母与标准螺母的螺纹牙的应力分布、变形分布、剩余预紧力与啮合螺纹间微滑移的变化趋势等因素,定量地证明了变螺距螺母的防松性能优于标准螺母。论文最后研究了影响变螺距螺母防松性能的因素,利用APDL参数化语言,对变螺距螺母的螺距参数进行优化设计,得出防松性能最优的变螺距螺母模型。 变螺距螺母有很多优点。改变螺母的螺距,提高螺纹联接的防松性能,能够改善机械设备的可靠性,对工程实践上具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Any of the mechanical structure is composed of many parts which are connected together in a certain way, the threaded connection is a connection mode. The most commonly used in high speed, precision, heavy load is one of the most important symbol of the development of modern machinery, screw fasteners loose, loose will decrease the working reliability of the equipment. The thread once the connection failure, will cause serious consequences. Some traditional methods of thread connection structure is reliable, but sometimes very complex, or reuse is not good, anti loose performance is not reliable, not high speed, strong vibration impact. In order to effectively solve the screw loosening, loosening and fracture the problem, foreign scientists proposed a new type of nut - variable pitch nut.
According to the screw loosening, stress and deformation performance of anti loose nut that mainly depends on the thread. By changing the pitch of the nut, can improve the stress distribution and deformation of screw thread, can improve the anti loose nut performance. Based on the analysis of common thread connection bolt, nut, screw thread by foundation stress and elastic deformation, the anti loose principle of variable pitch nut from the theoretical analysis. Compared with the common thread of the traditional structure of the variable pitch screw thread structure can improve the load distribution uneven, reduce the deformation of the thread between, so as to improve the anti loosing performance. ANSYS based on finite element analysis software Workbench the performance of the variable pitch, pine nut to prevent further research. Analyze the thread pitch nut and nut standard stress distribution, strain distribution, the residual preload and Microslip variable meshing thread The trend and other factors, quantitatively proved superior to standard anti loose nut of variable pitch nut. This paper studies the effects of variable pitch nut anti loose performance factors, language use APDL parameters to optimize the design parameters of variable pitch pitch nut, the nut loose proof variable pitch model optimal performance.
The variable pitch nut has many advantages. Changing the pitch of the nut and improving the loosening resistance of the threaded connection can improve the reliability of the mechanical equipment, and is of great significance for engineering practice.
