【摘要】:往复机械广泛应用工业、农业、交通运输、国防以及科学研究等各个领域中,其具有结构复杂,激励源多等特点,在实际生产中,一旦发生故障,不仅会影响工业生产过程,造成巨大损失,还会带来一系列安全问题。因此,为了保证机组安全运行,生产企业需要一套经济可靠的往复式压缩机故障诊断系统对压缩机故障进行早期监测及诊断。 随着电子技术和软件技术的发展,虚拟仪器技术融合计算机强大的硬件资源,突破了传统仪器在数据处理、显示、存储等方面的限制,大大增强了传统仪器的功能。利用虚拟仪器技术开发机械设备状态监测与故障诊断系统,成为机械故障诊断领域中的研究热点。本文介绍了压缩机故障诊断技术和虚拟仪器技术,并总结了压缩机信号的常用处理方法。随后利用NI公司的LabVIEW软件进行编程,开发信号采集与分析系统。在转子实验台上测试本系统的稳定性与可行性,并将该系统应用于往复式压缩机的信号采集与分析,实时地显示压缩机在工作过程中的状态参数。通过与标准工作状态下示功图及小波重构后的图形进行对比分析,诊断压缩机运行过程中出现的故障。该论文研究成果为往复式压缩机故障诊断仪器的开发提供了一种新的思路和切实可行的方案。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating machinery is widely used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, transportation, national defense and scientific research. It will not only affect the industrial production process, cause huge losses, but also bring a series of safety problems. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe operation of the unit. A set of economical and reliable reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis system is needed in the production enterprise. With the development of electronic technology and software technology, virtual instrument technology integrates the powerful hardware resources of computer, breaking through the limitations of traditional instruments in data processing, display, storage and so on. The functions of traditional instruments are greatly enhanced and the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of mechanical equipment is developed by using virtual instrument technology. It has become a research hotspot in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis. This paper introduces the compressor fault diagnosis technology and virtual instrument technology. The common processing methods of compressor signal are summarized, and then the programming is carried out by using NI company's LabVIEW software. A signal acquisition and analysis system is developed. The stability and feasibility of the system are tested on the rotor test bench, and the system is applied to the signal acquisition and analysis of reciprocating compressor. The state parameters of the compressor in the working process are displayed in real time. The results are compared with the indicator diagram in the standard working state and the reconstructed graph by wavelet. This paper provides a new train of thought and feasible scheme for the development of reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis instrument.
