【摘要】:现代信息技术的发展及其广泛应用对企业间的协作模式产生了深远的影响,信启、技术在企业中的应用体现—信息系统不仅直接推动了企业的组织结构变革和业务流程再造,而且还重新塑造和整合企业与其协作伙伴之间的关系。 ERP树立了先进信息技术的新标杆,利用信息网络对企业内外部资源进行整合打造全新的管理理念和运营模式,并作为先进计算机科学技术和先进管理理念的结合已成为企业竞争中不可缺少的竞争武器。ERP系统是计算机技术的深化运用,为企业管理层和员工提供系统化、科学化管理手段的平台。然而,M公司在实施ERP系统过程中,管理和流程中不合理的问题随之呈现出来,如产品变更流程、组织人员、管理问题等。 针对具体问题,文章通过以M电梯公司实施ERP的过程作为企业ERP项目实施的案例,使用案例分析的方法介绍了M电梯公司的组织架构及部门人员和职责。同时也介绍M公司所处电梯行业和社会的背景,以及在文中详细描述了M公司在ERP实施过程中所面临的阻碍。本文应用的理论知识为:“流程再造”、“组织变革”、“ERP系统实施方法”三个方面,通过理论与实际的结合全面分析和总结实施过程中存在的问题,并且对问题存在的原因进行了分析,结合理论从主要问题方面给出了相应对策和建议使问题得以解决。 本文以M电梯公司为研究事例,分析M电梯公司ERP项目实施过程存在问题的意义不仅是为了顺利完成M公司项目实施进度,制定合理的项目管理方案,为企业ERP二次实施提供了丰富的经验,研究的现实意义也在于通过分析而提出一套可供同行业借鉴的ERP实施经验。
[Abstract]:The development of modern information technology and its wide application have a profound impact on the mode of cooperation between enterprises. The application of technology in enterprises-information systems not only directly promote the organizational structure change and business process reengineering, but also remodel and integrate the relationship between enterprises and their partners. ERP has set a new benchmark of advanced information technology, using information network to integrate internal and external resources to create a new management concept and operation model. And as the combination of advanced computer science and technology and advanced management concept, ERP system has become an indispensable competitive weapon in the competition of enterprises. ERP system is the deepening application of computer technology. To provide a systematic and scientific management platform for management and staff. However, in the process of implementing ERP system, the unreasonable problems in management and process appear. Such as product change process, organization personnel, management issues, etc. Aiming at the specific problems, the paper takes M elevator company to implement ERP as a case of enterprise ERP project implementation. Using the method of case analysis, this paper introduces the organizational structure, department personnel and responsibilities of M elevator company. At the same time, it also introduces the background of the elevator industry and society of M company. In this paper, the author describes in detail the obstacles M company faces in the implementation of ERP. The theoretical knowledge used in this paper is: "process reengineering", "organizational change", "ERP system implementation method". Through the combination of theory and practice, the problems in the process of implementation are comprehensively analyzed and summarized, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. According to the theory, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given to solve the problem. Taking M elevator company as an example, this paper analyzes the significance of the problems in the implementation process of M elevator company ERP project, not only for the smooth completion of M company project implementation progress, but also for the establishment of a reasonable project management plan. It provides rich experience for the second implementation of ERP in enterprises, and the practical significance of the research is to put forward a set of ERP implementation experiences for reference by the same industry.
