【摘要】:当前我国经济正处于工业化、城市化加快发展的关键阶段,而现有的基础设施水平仍处于较低水平,大规模的铁路、公路、矿产、城市公共设施建设热潮预计还将至少持续10年以上的时间,这给矿山机械、冶金机械、建筑机械、石油机械行业提供了优异的宏观发展环境,也为湖南有色重机的发展壮大创造了难得机遇,但其不完善的企业文化严重阻碍了企业的进一步发展。研究表明,在经济全球化的今天,企业文化将是企业的核心竞争力所在,是企业管理最重要的内容。唯有建设优秀的企业文化,才能增加公司的凝聚力和向心力,才能使企业具备先进的管理理念,才能真正集聚人心人力来提高企业的竞争力,进而极大提高企业在激烈的市场竞争中的核心能力。因此,在行业发展前景广阔但内部竞争激烈的条件下,有必要进一步加强湖南有色重机公司企业文化建设。 本文对科技型公司企业文化的构成和特点做了论述,以湖南有色重机公司为例,简要分析了公司企业文化的建设现状,重点剖析了当前的企业文化存在的一系列问题,论证了公司实施企业文化建设的必要性。然后结合公司的特点与发展需要,分别从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化四个层面对有色重机的企业文化进行优化,并提出了相应措施。最后,结合有色重机实际状况制定了适宜的文化建设实施流程和计划,同时为推进体系建设提出了相应的保障措施,并根据文化体系建设的实际情况提出了实施后的效果评估指标及方案。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in the key stage of industrialization and urbanization, while the existing infrastructure level is still at a low level, large-scale railways, roads, minerals. Urban public facilities construction boom is expected to last at least 10 years, which provides an excellent macro development environment for mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, construction machinery, petroleum machinery industry. It also creates a rare opportunity for the development of Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery, but its imperfect corporate culture seriously hinders the further development of enterprises. Corporate culture will be the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the most important content of enterprise management. Only by building an excellent corporate culture can we increase the cohesion and centripetal force of the company. In order to enable enterprises to have advanced management concepts, can truly gather people to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and then greatly improve the core competence of enterprises in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to further strengthen the enterprise culture construction of Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery Company under the condition of broad prospect of industry development but fierce internal competition. In this paper, the composition and characteristics of the corporate culture of scientific and technological companies are discussed. Taking Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery Company as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the construction of the corporate culture of the company. This paper mainly analyzes a series of problems existing in the current corporate culture, and demonstrates the necessity of carrying out the construction of the corporate culture. Then, combining the characteristics and the development needs of the company, the author analyzes the spiritual culture and the institutional culture respectively. Behavioral culture and material culture four levels of the non-ferrous weight corporate culture optimization, and put forward the corresponding measures. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the non-ferrous machinery to formulate the appropriate process and plan for the implementation of cultural construction. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for promoting the construction of the system, and puts forward the evaluation index and scheme of the effect after implementation according to the actual situation of the construction of the cultural system.
