【摘要】:随着现代化发展的要求,环保已成为当今时代性的重要问题,并且在世界各个国家引起了广泛的重视。正是在这种减少生产污染,提倡环保和无公害化输送散装物料的要求下,管状带式输送机应运而生。目前,管状带式输送机在世界范围内,它是一种最先进的物料输送设备,对管带机进行机械结构分析,参数分析,并利用有限元分析与计算机仿真技术对其深入地分析与研究,对国外先进技术和设备的消化、吸收、改造提供理论依据,并对实际生产具有重要的指导意义。 本课题的主要任务是:对管状带式输送机的工作原理、特点进行介绍并确定部分参数,然后综合有限元分析方法及其后处理模块的详细介绍,针对传动滚筒及其轴承座等典型机构,详细介绍了在ANSYS软件中建立有限元模型过程,模拟现实工况下的受力情况,进行强度校核,分析改进后结构的可靠性。 管状带式输送机传动滚筒及其轴承座的有限元分析结果表明,现有的传动滚筒机构和轴承座强度依然可靠,达到了设计要求,为管带机的进一步优化设计提供了指导作用。 该课题采用有限元分析为基础,建立了力学模型和数学模型,详细分析了管带机主要零部件机械结构、力能参数及其仿真,分析和解决了管带机中的传动滚筒及其轴承座的强度分析难点。并且在解决管带机中出现的问题所应用的理论知识和现代设计方法都很有前沿性、先进性,且其所得到的结果都比较准确,合乎设计要求。从而在对本课题的研究和探讨,对使用者进行管带机的研究提供了很大的方便性和参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of modernization, environmental protection has become an important issue of the times, and has attracted extensive attention in various countries of the world. It is in this way to reduce production pollution. Under the requirement of promoting environmental protection and pollution-free transportation of bulk materials, the tubular belt conveyor emerges as the times require. At present, the tubular belt conveyor is the most advanced material conveying equipment in the world. Mechanical structure analysis, parameter analysis, finite element analysis and computer simulation technology are used to analyze and study the pipe belt machine, and digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and equipment. The transformation provides the theoretical basis and has the important guiding significance to the actual production. The main task of this subject is to introduce the working principle and characteristics of the tubular belt conveyor and determine some parameters. Then the finite element analysis method and the post-processing module are introduced in detail. Aiming at the typical mechanism such as the transmission roller and its bearing seat, this paper introduces in detail the process of establishing the finite element model in the ANSYS software, simulates the force situation under the actual working condition, and carries on the strength check. The reliability of the improved structure is analyzed. The finite element analysis results of the transmission drum and its bearing seat of the tubular belt conveyor show that the strength of the existing transmission roller mechanism and bearing seat is still reliable and meets the design requirements. It provides the guidance for the further optimization design of the pipe belt machine. Based on the finite element analysis, the mechanical model and mathematical model are established, and the mechanical structure, force and energy parameters and their simulation of the main parts of the pipe belt machine are analyzed in detail. The paper analyzes and solves the difficulty of strength analysis of the transmission drum and its bearing seat in the tube-strip machine, and the theoretical knowledge and modern design method used in solving the problems in the tube-strip machine are very advanced and advanced. The results obtained are all accurate and accord with the design requirements. Therefore, this paper provides a great convenience and reference value for the users to study the pipe and belt machine in the research and discussion of this subject.
