【摘要】:机械设备能否安全可靠的运转,润滑是相当重要的。润滑是保证机械设备正常运转的重要条件。现今,石化行业机泵群中的机泵润滑主要采用传统的润滑方式,采用传统润滑方式的机泵一般轴承温度较高,并且容易出现轴承故障。根据国内部分石化企业机泵群对油雾润滑系统成功应用,解决了传统润滑的缺点,节约了大量成本。 本论文结合本企业产品开发需求,选取油雾润滑系统设计及实验为研究对象。通过油雾润滑系统的特点,设计制造了具有喷射功能的油雾润滑系统及其控制系统。讨论了系统中各机械部件、控制元件和参数对润滑系统性能的影响。对油雾润滑系统进行了故障分析,制定合理的操作和维护要求。 通过理论计算,并根据实验室实验、工业现场的应用实验,最终验证了系统设计的正确性和可行性。为企业带来了一定的经济效益,解决了传统润滑的缺点,总结出了油雾润滑系统常见故障的分析解决办法。为工程人员现场调试及铺设管线提供了实践理论基础。并通过油雾润滑控制系统实现了油雾润滑系统的自动控制及喷射功能。提高了油雾质量,降低了机泵轴承温度,节约大量成本,为以后设计新的产品提供了新的方向。
[Abstract]:Lubrication is an important condition to ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment. Nowadays, the lubrication of machinery and pumps in petrochemical industry mainly adopts the traditional lubrication method. The oil mist lubrication system has been successfully applied to the oil mist lubricating system in some domestic petrochemical enterprises according to the high bearing temperature of the machine pump with the traditional lubrication mode and is prone to the bearing malfunction. The shortcomings of the traditional lubrication system have been solved. A lot of cost savings have been achieved. According to the product development requirements of this enterprise, this paper selects the design and experiment of oil mist lubrication system as the research object, through the characteristics of oil mist lubrication system. The oil mist lubrication system with injection function and its control system are designed and manufactured. The effects of various mechanical components, control elements and parameters on the performance of the lubrication system are discussed. The fault analysis of the oil mist lubrication system is carried out. Establish reasonable operation and maintenance requirements. The correctness and feasibility of the system design are verified by theoretical calculation, laboratory experiments and industrial field application experiments, which bring some economic benefits to enterprises and solve the shortcomings of traditional lubrication. The analysis and solution of common faults of oil mist lubrication system are summarized. The practical theoretical basis for field debugging and laying pipeline is provided, and the automatic control of oil mist lubrication system is realized through the oil mist lubrication control system. Production and injection function. Improve the quality of oil mist. It reduces the temperature of pump bearings, saves a lot of cost, and provides a new direction for the design of new products in the future.
