【摘要】:某菌状止口密封副在采用箱外测试法进行测试时,发现该密封副在低温下出现漏率突变。采用故障树分析法对该密封副进行相关故障和非相关故障分析,从露点的角度确定阀门泄漏是由于低温环境试验中由于试验方法不正确导致的阀门本身产生温差而引起的。提出改进试验方法方案,消除该阀门隐性的非相关故障成因,为杜绝同类阀门产品的类似故障提供参考。
[Abstract]:A mushroom rabbet sealing in the box test, the sealing at low temperature leak mutation rate. By using fault tree analysis method of the sealing of fault and non fault correlation analysis, from the angle of dew point to determine the valve leakage is due to due to incorrect result test method the valve itself produces temperature environmental test in low temperature. The improved test method scheme to eliminate non relevant fault causes the valve hidden, provide a reference for the similar fault to prevent similar valve products.
