【摘要】:提出了一种新型快开截止阀门,该阀门适用于煤矿井下安全舱生命保障气路控制场合[1],通过正弦机构将手柄旋转±90°转化成阀芯往复直线运动,控制阀芯O形圈与阀体端面间分离、接触实现阀门开关功能,由于采用密封界面间无相对滑动设计避免了磨损,解决了填料球阀产生磨损颗粒物不可控的问题[2],保证了流路的高清洁度,传动机构具有增力作用,减少了手柄开启力矩。手柄锁定机构的独特设计具有高可靠性。利用有限元计算了O形圈接触力与压缩量关系,为计算旋转扭矩提供了边界条件。仿真了阀门流路的速度场和压力场,得出阀门的通径与流阻系数。该阀门与现有填料球阀相比具有洁净度高,密封可靠,手柄开启力矩小等优点,为安全舱气路控制阀门设计提供了一种新的技术途径。
[Abstract]:A new type of quick opening valve valve is proposed. The valve is suitable for life support gas path control of underground safety cabin in coal mine. [1] by means of sinusoidal mechanism, the handle is rotated 卤90 掳into the straight reciprocating motion of the valve core, which controls the separation between the O-ring of the valve core and the end face of the valve body, and realizes the function of valve switch by contact. The wear is avoided by using the non-relative sliding design between the sealing interfaces, and the problem of uncontrollable wear particles produced by the packing ball valve is solved. [2], the high cleanliness of the flow path is guaranteed, and the driving mechanism has the function of increasing the force. The unique design of the handle locking mechanism has high reliability. The contact force of O-ring is calculated by finite element method and the relation between the compression quantity and the contact force is calculated. The velocity field and pressure field of the valve flow path are simulated, and the diameter and flow resistance coefficient of the valve are obtained. Compared with the existing packing ball valve, the valve has high cleanliness and reliable sealing. The advantages of small opening torque of handle provide a new technical way for the design of valve in safe cabin.
