【摘要】:减定径机组是现代高速线材生产线的关键设备,,在生产中有着举足轻重的作用,一旦发生故障导致停产,将直接影响企业经济效益。为保证生产稳定运行,降低设备维护成本,提高对减定径机组的故障诊断水平,实现对减定径机组实时状态监测,对高线减定径机组的状态监测和故障诊断系统进行了试验研究。 本文从减定径机组的结构和传动原理出发,详细分析了减定径机组的工作状态;研究了以PXI技术为基础的减定径机组状态监测和故障诊断系统硬件构成及系统结构,主要包括传感器的选用、PXI机箱、控制器和外围I/O模块等研究;然后从轴承、齿轮及轴的振动机理上研究分析了各部件故障形式及频谱特征和时域、频域和时频振动分析方法;提出了倒频谱分析方法和小波-倒频谱分析方法,前者可在高线减定径机组故障诊断中有效地提取减定径机组齿轮故障频率;后者可有效地提取减定径机组轴承故障频率,在特性提取和降噪的表现上明显优于常规的FFT,特别适合检测减定径机组中微弱故障信号。经过现场验证,使用这两种方法分别成功的诊断出了齿轮齿面点蚀故障和轴承故障。 基于上述理论基础,在虚拟仪器开发平台上对状态监测与故障诊断系统的软件实现方法做了系统研究,研制了一套状态监测与故障诊断系统。通过半年的现场运行和试验,验证了系统的可行性和实用性。
[Abstract]:Reducer unit is the key equipment of modern high-speed wire production line, which plays an important role in production. Once failure occurs, it will directly affect the economic benefits of the enterprise, in order to ensure the stable operation of production. The maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced, the fault diagnosis level of the sizing unit is improved, the real-time state monitoring of the sizing machine group is realized, and the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the high line reducer unit is studied experimentally. Based on the structure and driving principle of the sizing unit, the working state of the unit is analyzed in detail in this paper. The hardware structure and system structure of the state monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on PXI technology are studied, including the selection of sensors. Research on controller and peripheral I / O module; Then, from the vibration mechanism of bearings, gears and shafts, the fault forms and spectrum characteristics of each component and the methods of time-domain, frequency-domain and time-frequency vibration analysis are studied and analyzed. The cepstrum analysis method and the wavelet cepstrum analysis method are proposed. The former can effectively extract the fault frequency of reducer gear in the fault diagnosis of high line reducer. The latter can effectively extract the bearing fault frequency of the sizing reducer group, and the performance of characteristic extraction and noise reduction is obviously better than that of the conventional FFT.It is especially suitable for detecting the weak fault signal in the diameter-reducing machine group, which has been verified in the field. The pitting corrosion fault and bearing fault of gear tooth surface were successfully diagnosed by these two methods. Based on the above theory, the software realization method of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is studied systematically on the virtual instrument development platform. A state monitoring and fault diagnosis system is developed. The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by the field operation and test for half a year.
