基于DNC的数控装备重构技术研究与应用

【摘要】:随着科学技术的发展,制造业客户需求产品向多品种、变批量方向发展,产品结构趋于复杂化。而目前数字化制造车间主要以单件小批量的生产组织模式为主,对市场响应力差,车间信息控制系统薄弱,信息交互困难,不能完成多品种、变批量的生产需求。为了改变数字化制造车间现状,基于DNC网络搭建了可重构的开放式信息控制平台,应用可重构制造技术,对车间生产零件进行合理的工艺流程规划,,解决数控加工设备加工能力不足等问题。 本文首先对生产制造模式的发展进行了分析,阐述了可重构制造系统的理论基础及其发展过程,介绍了可重构制造系统的特点及组成,论述了可重构制造系统在先进制造模式中的竞争优势和关键技术。 其次,进行了数字化制造车间制造流程规划的研究。介绍了零件族的划分方法,并对零件族加工信息描述方法进行阐述,分析了数字化制造车间的组织运行情况,提出了数字化制造车间对生产流程重构、信息控制重构及物流系统重构的需求。 最后,在工艺规划需求下,进行了复合机床的改造,实现加工工件一次性装夹定位,完成工件由毛胚到成品的加工,提高了加工精度及生产效率,缩短生产周期,增强了车间数控设备的可重构性。应用ANSYS对钻铣工装主要零部件进行动静力学有限元分析,验证箱体及钻铣主轴的动静力学特性。分析了数字化制造车间对可重构信息控制系统的需求,构建了基于DNC的模块化可重构信息控制平台。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, manufacturing customer demand products to a variety of varieties, changing the direction of development, product structure tends to become more complicated. But at present, the digital manufacturing workshop is mainly single-piece small batch production organization mode. Poor response to the market, weak workshop information control system, difficult information exchange, can not meet the multi-species, variable batch production requirements. In order to change the status quo of digital manufacturing workshop. Based on DNC network, a reconfigurable open information control platform is built, and the reasonable process flow planning of workshop parts is carried out by using reconfigurable manufacturing technology. Solve the problem of insufficient machining capacity of NC machining equipment. In this paper, the development of manufacturing mode is analyzed, the theoretical basis and development process of reconfigurable manufacturing system are expounded, and the characteristics and composition of reconfigurable manufacturing system are introduced. The competitive advantage and key technology of reconfigurable manufacturing system in advanced manufacturing mode are discussed. Secondly, the manufacturing process planning of digital manufacturing workshop is studied. The method of dividing parts family is introduced, and the description method of part family processing information is expounded. This paper analyzes the organization and operation of the digital manufacturing workshop, and puts forward the requirements of the digital manufacturing workshop for the reconfiguration of the production process, the reconfiguration of information control and the reconfiguration of the logistics system. Finally, under the demand of process planning, the composite machine tool is reformed to realize the one-off clamping positioning of the machining workpiece, and to complete the processing of the workpiece from the wool embryo to the finished product, which improves the machining accuracy and production efficiency. The production cycle is shortened and the reconfiguration of numerical control equipment in workshop is enhanced. The dynamic and dynamic finite element analysis of the main parts of drilling and milling is carried out by using ANSYS. The dynamic and dynamic characteristics of the box and the spindle are verified. The requirements of the digital manufacturing workshop for the reconfigurable information control system are analyzed, and the modular reconfigurable information control platform based on DNC is constructed.
