步进梁的虚拟设计和性能仿真分析

【摘要】:步进梁运输机简称步进梁,主要担负钢卷运输任务,是重要的工艺设备和运输装置。步进梁运输机在轧钢设备中属于附属设备,其好坏对生产效率影响很大,发挥重要作用。若步进梁发生故障,则处理线须停产,将直接影响钢卷的产量。即使对于有些处理线有可能采用吊车临时上卷或卸卷,也难以持久和维持产量。所以在方案阶段就要使选型布置和性能参数尽可能合理,不留后患。 本文以某厂现役步进梁为研究对象,将理论分析与有限元分析相结合对其主要部件进行分析计算,以满足该厂的需求。主要从以下几个方面对步进梁进行了系统的研究: 1、用三维软件SolidWorks对步进梁进行实体建模。以力学为基础对步进梁动梁机构的力学特征进行了深入细致的研究。求解了动梁机构的主要部件在最大承载条件下的受力情况,为有限元求解的加载提供了理论依据。 2、利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对动梁进行应力分析,得到了各构件应力及变形的主要数据,发现动梁截面部位最大主应力符合材料的许用应力,说明其设计合理;对静梁部件进行稳定承载能力分析,得出其最大稳定承载力,使该厂根据实际情况合理运输钢卷;分析钢轨在移动载荷作用下,,移动载荷从一端移动到另一端,得出钢轨的位移和应力响应,校核其强度。 3、利用SolidWorks软件提供的运动学模块对步进梁动梁机构进行运动分析,使其满足该厂要求。 以上工作能够使步进梁在满足强度要求的条件下实现连续作业,该方法合理地分析了步进梁的强度问题,为同类产品的研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:Stepping beam conveyer, which is mainly responsible for the task of steel coil transportation, is an important process equipment and transportation device. Stepping beam conveyer belongs to subsidiary equipment in rolling equipment, which has a great influence on production efficiency. Play an important role. In the event of a failure of the stepping beam, the processing line must be shut down, which will directly affect the production of steel coils. Even for some processing lines, it is possible to use a crane to temporarily roll or unroll. It is also difficult to sustain and maintain the output. Therefore, the selection and performance parameters should be as reasonable as possible in the scheme stage. In this paper, the active walking beam of a factory is taken as the research object, and the main components are analyzed and calculated by combining the theoretical analysis with the finite element analysis. In order to meet the needs of the factory, the walking beam is studied systematically from the following aspects: 1. The three-dimensional software SolidWorks is used to model the moving beam. Based on mechanics, the mechanical characteristics of the moving beam mechanism are studied in detail. The main components of the moving beam mechanism are solved in this paper. Under the condition of large load. It provides a theoretical basis for the loading of finite element solution. 2. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the main data of the stress and deformation of the moving beam are obtained, and it is found that the maximum principal stress in the section of the moving beam accords with the allowable stress of the material. It shows that the design is reasonable; The stable bearing capacity of static beam components is analyzed and the maximum stable bearing capacity is obtained so that the steel coil can be transported reasonably by the factory according to the actual situation. Under the action of moving load, the moving load is moved from one end to the other, and the displacement and stress response of rail is obtained, and its strength is checked. 3. The kinematics module provided by SolidWorks software is used to analyze the kinematics of moving beam mechanism of walking beam, so that it can meet the requirements of the factory. The above work can make the walking beam realize continuous operation under the condition of meeting the strength requirement. This method reasonably analyzes the strength problem of the walking beam and provides a reference for the research of the similar products.
