门式起重机桁架式主梁的动态分析与优化设计

【摘要】:随着我国运输业的蓬勃发展,作为重要设备的起重机械向着高速、重载方向发展,因此对机械的性能要求越来越高。起重机械工作频繁,大多数情况下承受的是动载荷。其焊接钢结构会突然断裂,导致在灾难性的设备事故和人身伤亡。对起重机而言,主梁是起重机中重要的金属结构。其承载能力往往决定着起重机的主要性能。因此,对起重机主梁的性能研究是必要的。本课题就是在背景下提出来的,。 本文以某厂的抓斗式门式起重机为研究对象,其主梁是桁架式的。对其进行工况分析,确定桁架主梁在每个工况下的应力、应变分布,从而确定最大应变、最大应力的位置。通过对模型的动态分析,给出了前15阶固有频率值及前三阶的固有振型,为以后起重机主梁的改造提供必要的参考。 在工程中存在大量的不确定性,不确定性是自然界各种事物固有的特性。利用ANSYS的PDS(可靠性分析)对桁架主梁模型的分析,知道了哪些输入参数对桁架主梁的性能影响的程度,并利用可靠性指标对分析结果进行判断,从而提高分析的准确性。 利用MATLAB的Simulink的仿真功能,模拟出桁架主梁的振动速度,结果与实际测量结果相吻合,证明仿真是可靠的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's transportation industry, the crane, as an important equipment, is developing towards the direction of high speed and heavy load, so the performance of the machinery is required more and more, and the crane works frequently. In most cases, the load is dynamic. The welded steel structure will suddenly break, resulting in catastrophic equipment accidents and casualties. For cranes. The main beam is an important metal structure in the crane, and its bearing capacity often determines the main performance of the crane. Therefore, it is necessary to study the performance of the main girder of the crane. This paper takes the grab gantry crane of a factory as the research object, its main beam is truss type. The working condition analysis is carried out to determine the stress and strain distribution of the truss main girder under each working condition, thus the maximum strain is determined. The position of maximum stress. Through dynamic analysis of the model, the first 15 natural frequencies and the first three natural modes are given, which provides a necessary reference for the reconstruction of crane main beam in the future. There are a lot of uncertainties in engineering, uncertainty is the inherent characteristic of all kinds of things in nature. The ANSYS (reliability analysis) is used to analyze the truss main beam model. The degree of influence of the input parameters on the performance of the truss girder is known, and the reliability index is used to judge the results of the analysis so as to improve the accuracy of the analysis. The vibration velocity of the truss girder is simulated by using the simulation function of Simulink of MATLAB. The results are in good agreement with the actual measurement results, and it is proved that the simulation is reliable.
